We had the privilege of producing the Virtual Live Streaming for Astra’s ADH Meeting, a key internal gathering that brought together members from across the Astra Daihatsu in a fully digital format designed to maintain the energy, professionalism, and collaborative spirit of an in-person event. Our team delivered an end-to-end production solution that included a multi-camera setup, real-time streaming, and a custom virtual stage aligned with Astra’s brand identity. In addition to the main meeting sessions, the event featured a dynamic podcast-style talk segment that encouraged open conversations and shared insights in a more relaxed, engaging format, as well as a prestigious award ceremony that celebrated outstanding achievements across the organization. These segments were carefully designed to break the formal flow with moments of inspiration and connection, helping participants stay engaged throughout the experience.
